You don’t often see the success of an Australian born and raised citizen achieve the success that Keith Urban has in Country Music. And he has formulated his success by creating hit songs over in Australia and bringing his talents over to the States. He is a multi talented musician playing Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Keyboard, Ganjo, Banjo and Sitar.
His success in writing and singing songs has transferred to the concert touring business with Keith Urban tickets in high demand. It wasn’t until he moved to the United Sates in 1992, that he started to achieve the acclaim he is accustomed to today. After 7 years in the United States, he released his debut album in 1999, which was simply self titled “Keith Urban”. It produced his 1st number one certified hit “But for the Grace of God”.
Urban followed up his debut album success with another hit record titled “Golden Road”. Two more number one hits ensued with “Somebody Like You” and “You’ll Think of Me”. The “You’ll Think of Me” song earning Mr. Urban a Grammy in 2004.
Success continued unabated for Keith Urban and he released his third album in 2004 named “Be Here”. The number one hits maker achieved 4 more big number one hits from that record. They were named “”Days Go By,” “You’re My Better Half,” “Making Memories of Us,” and “Better Life.”
Keith started to hone in on the concert touring business in 2002 and refined his live stage skills as opening act for “Brooks & Dunn”, “Kenny Chesney”, and “Martina McBride”. It wasn’t until 2004 that he headlined his own tour “Keith Urban Be Here”. The successful tour led to more tours among them the notable “Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy Carnival Ride Tour” in 2008 which he toured with Carrie Underwood.
His success on and off the road has led to an increased demand for Keith Urban tickets. His latest tour in 2010 is the “Summer Lovin Tour” and he is teamed up with “Kris Allen” and “John Mayer” joins him one on date in Washington State.
