American Idol is once again launching a USA concert tour which will visit
numerous cities.
The Idol tour begins in July and wraps up in mid September. The American Idol Live tour will
feature the top ten finalists of the 2011 season. Some of the past performers listed in alphabetical order are as follows: Aaron Kelly, Andrew
Garcia,
Carrie Underwood, Casey James, Chris Daughtry, Crystal Bowersox, Didi Benami, Katie Stevens,
Kelly Clarkston, Lee Dewyze, Michael Lynche, Siobhan Magnus, and Tim Urban.
The American Idol tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster and have 3 or 4 different tiers or price ranges. Depending on the
concert venue, the prices may vary but average around $70 for the top tier price plus and additional $11 for Ticketmaster
service fees. The second tier price is around $50 plus $11 for service fees. The lowest American Idol ticket price
averages $40 and an additional $10 for service fees. If you interested in going to the concert with 4 people, then you can
actually get tickets for around $30 plus $10 service fee per ticket. This is called the "Four Pack Offer" and is available only at select
venues and amphitheaters. Some venues with 4 price levels will not offer the
"Four Pack" tickets.
Sometimes an auction or VIP package will be offered for an American Idol ticket but this tour is not offering them at this time. The reviews of past
