Bob Seger Detroit tickets have been announced for his 2011
Bob Seger Tour. The
legendary rocker has decided to visit the Palace of Auburn Hills on
May 19, 2011. No word if additional Seger concerts will be
added but you can almost guarantee additional shows will be added.
Seger has always been a tremendous draw for the Metro Detroit area
and this time will be no exception.
The hometown rocker has several choices to pick from when it comes to which venue he will play at. On his last tour which spanned 2006 and 2007, he played at
the Palace of Auburn Hills, Joe Louis Arena, and Cobo Arena.
The shows at Cobo Arena were where Seger filmed his famed “Live Bullet” record and propelled him on the national stage . The Palace of Auburn Hills will get
primary consideration for any Seger concert as it has good sound qualities and it is relatively close to Bob’s residence. The Bob Seger Detroit tickets will most
likely resemble the pricing structure of his other announced shows. With Ticketmaster fees, the Seger tickets average around $80 each. Unlike, other musical
acts who use a tiered structure, the ticket price is the same for all seats.
The opening act hasn’t been announced as of yet. Steve Azar opened for
Bob and the Silver Bullet Band during the last tour. This could very well be Bob Seger’s
last time on the national stage as he is 65 years old. Get your
Bob Seger Detroit tickets and experience the concert of a lifetime.
